Please note: New ticket office location for the John Paul II Family Home Museum

The John Paul II Family Home Museum has been welcoming visitors to its new ticket office location since April 7th. This change is being implemented with a view to even greater visitor comfort and better organization of your visit to the museum. The ticket office building and the Pilgrim Garden infrastructure were created thanks to the efforts of the Wadowice Municipality – one of the organizers of the papal museum.

A New Space for Our Guests

The new ticket office is located in the Pilgrim Garden building at 2 Kościelna Street in Wadowice. Visitors can not only purchase or collect pre-paid tickets but also obtain all necessary information regarding their visit.

The new space also offers amenities that truly enhance their stay, including restrooms and luggage storage. These amenities will be available with a valid museum admission ticket. These features make preparing for your visit simpler and more user-friendly.

The relocation of the ticket office is another step in the development of our museum and a response to the needs of our visitors. We want every step of the visit—from purchasing a ticket to exploring the exhibition—to be smooth, comfortable, and safe.
